Expunging your conviction will allow you to answer "no" to that fateful questions of an employment application, "Have you ever been convicted of a felony?". The process takes about 60 days. We will need details of your conviciton and the case number to assist you. You must have paid all fines due and completed all conditions of probation before filing.
